Show Resources: 12:04:56 From Douglas Kohnen : Pete is looking Great. But what happened to the Zman?
12:05:28 From Radio Joe : He will be back maybe later today but for sure for part 2 in August
12:06:12 From Douglas Kohnen : Thanks Joe!
12:18:40 From ralph froehlich : Buildings are not designed, built or maintained to provide healthful conditions. When they are, our society will be able to develop proper cleaning methods for medical facilties, schools and public buildings.
12:27:38 From ralph froehlich : What are the best cleaning methods for schools, medical facilities and public buildings?
12:33:52 From ralph froehlich : Unfortunately, current medical science has not focused on “infectious dose” or “infectious concentration” for diseases.
12:35:46 From Radio Joe : Interesting point Ralph. Hopefully COVID at least made that concept more mainstream
12:38:53 From Ed Light : With respect to the current NYC Legionnaire’s outbreak. I just see the results of limited testing and case ID, but nothing to establish causation and the efficacy of response measures. Establishing causation should include pathway verification (e.g., outdoor air testing), serotyping with comparison between infection and source testing, detailed epidemiology, and assessment of potable water systems. What do you think?
12:47:24 From Radio Joe : I will get to this question during the roundup Ed
12:48:19 From ralph froehlich : So the best cleaning practice would be to remove particles from surfaces, then wet clean surfaces, then disinfect surfaces, correct?
